Swanzey Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Notice

 Please be advised that on Monday, August 15, 2022, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Whitcomb Hall, 17 Main Street, the Swanzey Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold public a public meeting to amend the Swanzey Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure as follows:

Proposed addition to the Swanzey Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of Procedure:

Section APPLICATIONS / DECISIONS

“e. A completed application shall include all fees for notices and any other fees assessed by the Board under provisions of RSA 675:5, IV.”

The addition allows the ZBA to assign fees to ZBA applications.  The following fees will be implemented as a result of this change:

Special Exception, Variance, Appeal from an Administrative Decision, and Equitable Waiver of Dimensional Requirements applications will be assigned a $75 fee in addition to $10 / abutter for certified mailing and current rates for Keene Sentinel Legal Notices.

The public may also access the meeting via Zoom by going to www.zoom.us, using the Zoom App, or by calling (929) 205-6099 and entering Meeting ID number 235 370 4380. Individuals having special needs covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act should notify the Land Use Office at least seven days prior.
