Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Zoning Board’s work is to evaluate the requests of property owners who want to use their land in ways that deviate from Swanzey’s zoning ordinance. Examples include requests for variances or special exceptions, appeals from administrative decisions and requests for equitable waivers from dimensional requirements.

Legal notices are posted on the Town website, at Town Hall, the Swanzey post office, printed in the Keene Sentinel, and sent by certified mail to abutters.
