Planning Board

The Planning Board’s work is divided between reviewing proposals for development, such as subdivisions and site plans, and preparing recommendations for how best to use land in Swanzey.  These recommendations are formalized in the Town’s zoning ordinance, site plan review regulations, subdivision regulations, and in the master plan.

Planning Board agendas and minutes are posted on the Town website and at Town Hall.
Legal notices are posted on the Town website, at Town Hall, the Swanzey post office, printed in the Keene Sentinel, and sent by certified mail to abutters.
