NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 
SWANZEY BOARD OF SELECTMEN 

In accordance with Warrant Article 14 passed at the 2004 Annual Town Meeting and RSA 41:14-a, the Board of Selectmen will hold the following public hearings at Whitcomb Hall (17 Main Street) during their regularly scheduled meetings regarding a proposed amendment to the Conservation Easement held by the Monadnock Conservancy in which the Town of Swanzey holds an executory interest for the Ridgehill Farm property situated on Cory Pond Road and Old Richmond Road and owned by Michael Johnson. The proposed change would allow the Monadnock Conservancy to purchase and extinguish the reserved right to withdrawn two building lots from the Ridgehill Farm conservation easement. These meetings will also be broadcast over Zoom, with the meeting IDs as follows. The hearings will be held as follows:  

•    Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Zoom meeting ID: 235 370 4380
•    Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Zoom meeting ID: 235 370 4380

The Public is welcome to participate remotely over Zoom by going to www.zoom.us, using the Zoom App on a cell phone, or on a landline calling 929-205-6099 and entering the meeting ID above. Special Events Permit  
Notice is hereby given that the Swanzey Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. for a Special Events Permit from ME Productions to hold an outdoor music festival on the Cheshire Fairgrounds property at 247 Monadnock Highway. The proposed festival would be held on Friday June 25th and Saturday June 26th from 12 p.m. – 11 p.m. 
The Board of Selectmen meeting will be held at Whitcomb Hall, 17 Main Street in West Swanzey, and remotely using the web-based program Zoom. The public may access the meeting online by visiting www.zoom.us, using the Zoom App, or by calling (929) 205-6099, and entering Meeting ID number: 235 370 4380.
