The Selectboard consists of 5 board members and  meets Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm, unless otherwise posted, at Whitcomb Hall, 17 Main Street, Swanzey, NH.

Would you like to bring a matter before the Selectboard?

The Board's Agenda Request Form is designed to help clarify your issue or request, enhancing the decision-making process for everyone. Copies of the form are available at Town Hall, or can be downloaded from the link below.

The Town Administrator schedules agenda requests. To have your matter considered at a regular meeting of the Board, complete and submit the Agenda Request Form by 4:00 pm on the Friday that precedes the next Board meeting. 

The Town Administrator must receive all related documents or supplementary material no later than 5 pm of the Friday that precedes the next business meeting. If it is necessary to investigate or develop background material prior to bringing your matter before the Selectboard, there may be a delay in scheduling.
