 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 80:80 (II), the Town of Swanzey will accept bids on the following real property acquired by the Town by Tax Deed: 3 Fords Road (Tax Map 73, Lot 6). Bidding will be using the Municibid platform at the following link: https://municibid.com/Listing/Details/35520221. Bidding is scheduled to close on May 28, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. in compliance with the terms in the full notice of tax deed sale.
