NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FIRE ENGINE BOND HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of RSA 33:8-a, the Swanzey Board of Selectmen will hold a public bond hearing on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this bond hearing is to accept public testimony on a petitioned warrant article to issue bonds or notes in an amount estimated to be $600,000 for the purpose of purchasing and equipping a fire engine. This hearing will be held electronically in accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04. There is no physical location to observe and listen contemporaneously to this meeting. If the public is unable to access the hearing, it will be adjourned and rescheduled. The Public may participate in this hearing remotely over Zoom by going to www.zoom.us, using the Zoom App on a cell phone, or on a landline calling 1 929 205 6099 and entering Meeting ID 848 0052 0089 #.
