In accordance with NH RSA 674:39-a, any owner of two (2) or more contiguous pre-existing approved or subdivided lots may request that the lots be merged into one (1) lot for municipal tax purposes and regulation.
The attached Application for Voluntary Merger of Pre-Existing Lots Pursuant to RSA 674:39-a should be completed and returned to the Town Planner. Instructions and general information for lot consolidation are included in the application form.

Restoration of Involuntarily Merged Lots
In accordance with NH RSA 674:39-aa, any owner of lots merged by municipal action for zoning, assessing, or taxation purposes prior to September 18, 2010 and without the consent of the owner may request that the lots be restored to their premerger status.
The attached Application for Restoration of Involuntarily Merged Lots Pursuant to RSA 674:39-aa should be completed and returned to the Board of Selectmen prior to December 31st. Instructions and general information for lot restoration are included in the application form.
